Wrong Address Problems
If the address you gave us has any mistake causing the package to be undelivered, we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged again.

To return your order, please follow the steps:
1.EforBuy.com will not accept any return without an Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please send email to our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to get a RMA number.
2. Simply send your invoice with the RMA number and the return item(s) back to our warehouse.
Please write down "Return item, no commercial value" on any applicable custom form.
It may take up to 1 business day to process your return after we receive your product.
